OMG! ! Yes, that’s what I said.I just finished reading Chris Kelso’s book Shrapnel Apartment I’m in awe!If you read my review of his last book Unger House Radicalsyou know I have nothing but praise for his writing style. Shrapnel Apartmenthe takes it to a higher level, giving us a reading sharper than a well-honed razor.

Chris breaks the rules of writing with his unique freestyle prose and no-holds-barred approach, giving us a book that’s a tight, razor-sharp read.Where to occupy Unger House Radicals We are invited into the lives of people at home and abroad Shrapnel Apartment Courtesy of reality TV. You never know what may lie behind the doors of one’s humble existence.Although a standalone read, we do find characters crossing over unger house activist.

The story is told through multiple intertwined narratives, and at first glance, one might wonder how it all happened, but as you continue reading, everything starts to fall into place. The second story unfolds concurrently with the events of Shrapnel, where we find a child killer on the loose, driven by a mysterious entity. Chris doesn’t give up on his stories easily, he makes you think and reflect on what you’ve read. The never-ending cycle of abuser and abuser, living and dead, good and evil, this is a story that never ends.

Once again, Shane Swank and Steven Burke fill the pages with wonderful illustrations.

As of this writing, this limited signed edition from Crowded Quarantine Publications is sold out, but keep an eye out for a 2018 release in paperback and e-book form.
