I had the pleasure of reading this fascinating thirty-eight-page short story written by Mr. Henry Keen not long ago, and it was such a fascinating story.
We arrive at a location where a young artist named Andy finds himself painting a beautiful woman he’s never met before. But he’ll soon discover that she’s not at all what he thought she was. Fortunately, the woman in his life, Carol, immediately takes a dislike to the piece he’s been hired to create.
Meridiana is the woman in the picture, and her role in this carefully planned little adventure is one that no man could ever imagine. Without giving away the entire plot, let me leave you with this thought about the trusted partners in our lives: Sometimes, they really are all we need to survive the battles and demons in our personal lives.
Mr. Keen has given us a book that is worth a quick afternoon (or evening) read. It is a slightly gross-out book that highlights lust, obsession, the power of demons, and triumph through the power of pure love. I urge you to pick it up and read it today. It is here.
